Description

A rare offering of this new sword on AB, this fish was featured in the 2014 Sept/Oct issue of Amazonas. These were recently brought over from Germany by Robert Ellerman and are truly remarkable fish. What is unusual about them is the intensity of the red color and the lack of metallic spangles in the black. They are large and robust but do not breed true in the strictest sense of the word. They will throw some pure red individuals[very nice in their own right] and some with metallic spangling. It is recommended to breed black to red animals. You will get the exact fish shown plus more just like them. This auction is for 5 Red alpha low fin, 5 Ruby Red low fin and 5 ruby red lyretails[ plus extras[insurance for improbable loss}. The fish you get will be around one inch+. All fish will be hand selected as good examples of this line. Strong red on the alphas and no light body coloration. You are not getting random fish from a drop. Express shipping will be around 40, exact quote given before payment. Make sure that USPS goes to you overnight or else UPS will be a fortune[unless a state away}Guarantee extends to shipping-if the fish die with 24 hr shipping you pay nothing. This should be standard IMO. No priority this time of year. . best, jeff bollbach
