Hello folks! Happy Friday! This offering is for a real nice Breeding Group of LARGE 14 Month old Red Eye Swordtails. This line throws 100% Red Eye Fish that look exactly like the Adults do. The Females are BIG and they throw LARGE DROPS. 80-100 fry on average! You will receive 1 Male and all 5 of his Females. Unlike most Red Eye Swordtails these are currently NOT eating all their fry. I have 30 feet of Green Garland in their tank and there are LOTS of fry that survive in this tank. I first got these fish used to seeing their own fry by floating a trap full of fry in the tank with them. After just a few days they were also laying off any fry they dropped and started to allow the fry to live in the Garland. I do still REMOVE the fry about every 4th water change which ends up being about once a Month. It's easy, I net out the 6 Adults and put them in a COVERED bucket (otherwise they WILL end up flopping around the fish room floor), I next remove the 30 feet of garland and toss all that in an empty bucket then I siphon the tank down to about 7 gallons and I can easily catch all the fry. It's fast, it's easy and if you have struggled to raise decent amounts of Red Eye Swords you outta give it a try. Once you get the fry in a smaller tank where they don't feel the need to hide all the time they eat a lot and grow FAST if you do your water changes like you are supposed to. Win this offering and I will send you the entire breeding group along with 30 feet of Brand New Garland to use. Even if you have your own ideas and don't want to use it to breed this group of Red Eyes there's a lot of other things you can use it for in this hobby so save it for a rainy day! You can see the actual fish you will be receiving in the moving picture below AND I netted a Trio of them out of the tank today and photographed them so you could see them up close and personal. These are BIG and more than 3 in the photography container would have been too crowded for taking good photo's and my backs shot right so I didn't take way too many photo's like I usually do! I will also send you some Mix #2 for these Adults and any fry you will be raising PLUS some Tetramin Flake food. I am back feeding Tetramin and maybe it's time you tried it again too. These are BIG Swords BUT if there is any room after I add all the heat packs I will most likely send you a sexed Pr. of some Yellow Calico Platy's I got from my friend "The Platy Guy" I am very impressed with.
