Imperial Tropicals has been in business since 1970 and is a family run business who has been mainly a wholesaler over the years. However, we have recently decided to start also offering our product direct to the hobby! Please see our other auctions for more great deals on our beautiful fish! We can combine shipping, so please message us if you purchase multiple items!
Shipping policy (please read!!!):
In some cases, we may hold your fish for 24-48 hours before shipment. In this period, we closely monitor them to ensure they are happy and healthy. We also do not feed them during this time in order to 'clean out' their digestive systems to lessen the chances of the fish dying or becoming ill during transit due to poor water quality.

We ship via USPS Priority. We only ship Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

Your fish may be void of color when you first receive them. This is 100% normal. When added to a healthy aquarium, they are likely to recover within 24-48 hours. You can also feed them frozen or live food such as brine shrimp or bloodworms to help them recover.

In the rare event that you receive a dead fish, we ask that you send us a picture as soon as possible. We will then either offer you a partial refund or another shipment. We handle these instances on a case by case basis, since they are so rare.
