Hello Folks. In about 10 minutes I am off to go see what the platy guy has for me this week. I hope he's got some "good stuff". In the mean time I want to post this auction for a trio of his Blue Mickey Mouse Platys. I am also going to send you 2 trios of my Japanese Blue Swordtail/Spade tail guppies in this box too. Since this auction is for all Blue fish I am even using one of my favorite Blue's tunes in it. This tune was recorded live at the Fillmore East in March of 1971 and if after listening to it, you don't really like it, you probably are not and never will be, a Blues fan. It's The Almond Brothers at their very best. Talking about being at their very best, this auction is for a Trio of the absolute nicest strain of Blue Mickey Mouse Platys I have ever had. If you have never kept Blue Platys you probably think I am an idiot for making a big deal out of these fish but Blue Platys are notorious for being quite finicky fish that like to clamp up, roll over, and die on folks very easily. This strain absolutely will NOT do that and the only strain of Blue Platys I have ever seen that I think may have been better than these was a strain another seller was breeding and selling on Aquabid in the past few years and he is no longer selling fish so if you would like to get a nice strain bid on these. I know I photographed a reverse trio for this auction but if you win this you will be getting a regular trio not a reverse trio. I took those photo's a few days a go and it was very late at night and I actually thought I was photographing a trio. So much for being perfect hu? LOL! I am also going to send you 2 trios of my Japanese Blue Swordtail guppies. These will throw mostly Swordtail guppies and Spade tail guppies along with an occasional Metallic guppy from time to time. EVERYTHING they throw is NICE and these are really a fun fish to work with. It's taken me almost a year to get them to settle down so now I am ready to start selling them. I am going to send you 3 types of plants in this auction too. Hornwort, Naja Grass, and Riccia. All three of these plants are SUPER good plants to raise with livebearers and if you are going to start working with livebearers I highly suggest you make an effort to grow all three of these plants. Lastly, I am going to include some HIGH QUALITY food with this auction so you can keep all these fish COLORFUL, HEALTHY and GROWING.
