We shipped all our fish in thick molded Styrofoam boxes, double bagged, with oxygen and a water conditioner or Breather bags, depending on fish . Heat packs added when needed.  No Packing or handling charge. We are experienced shippers and have been shipping fish for over 20 years. We can ship to your home, neighbor or work, but someone must sign for the fish, to keep guarantee valid We do require a person to sign for the fish, any fish left by front door will void the live guarantee. For cold weather we strongly recommend sending to Fed Ex/Kinko's and Hold the box for pick up. That way they do not ride around in a cold truck. We can coordinate a convenient time for you. We will always notify you with a delivery date and track no. Our Live Arrival Guarantee We guarantee delivery of live healthy fish, but cannot control what you do with them after that. We do not guarantee that they will remain healthy under your care. If your fish do not arrive alive and healthy they will be replaced at no cost to you, other than a re-shipping charge. Therefore, while we assume the majority of the risk for losses, you share a fraction of the risk by being responsible for the shipping cost. It is important that the fish be checked the minute they are delivered, Live Guarantee is void if we do not hear from you, 2 hours after delivery time. Guarantee is void if fish are left by front door, especially in winter months. It is important that the fish be checked the minute they are delivered, . We offer to ship to work, or to an alternate address where someone can receive the fish. Checking for problems: Please check the condition of the fish immediately upon arrival. In the event that your fish arrive dead due to no fault of ours, we will either replace them, or refund money paid for fish only ,we decide which one, All you pay is shipping. Many times we can help prevent further problems if given the opportunity.  We only ask for proof of loss (such as sending back preserved fish or digital photographs) sent to us within 2 hours of arrival, if not Guarantee is void Picture must be of dead fish inside sealed shipping bag. All our fish get 2-3 daily water changes with 5-7 daily feedings of our different flakes, formulas , along with frozen Bloodworms, frozen Brine Shrimp, live Micro worms and live Black worms. We carry our full line of tropical fish foods and medications that have been used and tested in our hatcheries. We also carry some fish supplies, if we do not have it we will get it for you!
