Hello folks!
Happy Thursday and Happy 4th of July too!
This is the last Koi offering I will be posting cuz these are the last of the Koi I currently have ready to roll in the fish room.
These were also imported and both of them are very nice. They are also both about 8 inches long.
The first one you can see below is a classic Shusui koi and the second ones a Taisho sanke.
Google those names if you want to know more about these
color varieties folks! I thoroughly ENJOY learning about different fish and color varieties and you outta too! It's a hobby and the more you know about the hobby the more fun it becomes!
These fish are at a size where they are now just starting to "finish" and I really liked the fact the orange on the Shusui is nice and balanced and the black on that Sanke is really looking deep and clean. See how it doesn't look smudged or blurry? That's a good sign it's going to finish strong! I also liked that the red on that fish didn't run into the eyes and stays mostly on it's head.
These fish can live decades and when you buy a Koi it just might outlive YOU so don't be afraid to look for NICE ONES folks!
