Description

Campellolebias brucei 'TT Iara'

In this USD auction we offer 100 handpicked eggs in peat.

This species has fallen victim to a maize field in its native locality 'Iara' and since then has been preserved by only a few aquarists before its final extinction. This species is therefore absolutely dependent on killifishfriends as well as other interested ones!

According to own experience these killifish reaches a maximum length of 4.5 cm and can be kept in pairs or trios in a 12-litre tank. The eggs require a development period of at least 1.5 months. Watering the eggs with clean rainwater, the juveniles will hatch after 1 to 3 hours and eat from the beginning freshly hatched artemia-nauplii.

level of difficulty:
□ 1: for SAA-beginners without experiences
□ 2: for SAA-beginners with several experiences
■ 3: for SAA-advanced with good experiences
□ 4: for SAA-advanced with special experiences
□ 5: for SAA-specialists and SAA-professionals with extraordinary experiences

We guarantee fertile eggs and a correct packaging. To protect the eggs against short-term cold, we ship the eggs, wrapped in alternating layers of bubble wrap and aluminium foil, in a strong cardboard box. But we can't be responsible for hatching rate, sex-ratio, possible belly-sliders, dissolved eggs on arrival, overheating or undercooling, customs issues, damage to packaging and unexpected problems during transport e.g. hesitations.

The buyer pays the shipping costs of $ 9.00 (~8,00 ) for a shipment with tracking and 5% of the total price when payment is processed via PayPal.
