Austrolebias paucisquama 'TT S�o Sep� DN 08-09'

Offering 50 hand-picked eggs in peat.

This little known killifish was discovered in September 2004 on the southernmost tip of Brazil near Uruguay. To date, no other localitys are known. So that the existence of these beautiful fish does not depend on the continuity of a single locality, it would be nice if this species could be spread in aquaristics.

According to own experience these killifish reaches a maximum length of 5 cm, which can be kept in pairs or trios in a 20-litre tank. The eggs require a diapause of at least 3 to 3,5 months for the development of the juveniles. Then it's time to water the eggs with clean rainwater with a temperature between 18� and 21� C. The juveniles will hatch after 1 to 3 hours.

We guarantee fertile eggs and a correct packaging, but we can't be responsible for hatching rate, sex-ratio, possible belly-sliders, dissolved eggs on arrival, overheating or undercooling, customs issues, damage to packaging and unexpected problems during transport e.g. hesitations.
