Description

25 aplocheilus Blockii eggs in peat. These are a great little mop spawning killifish. They are similar in habits and size to epiplatys dageti. Incubation period on eggs is about 10 days at 72 degrees. I maintain a group of 5 mixed sex fish in a 5 gallon with both floating and sinking yarn mops. I hand pick eggs. I have equal success incubating eggs in water or peat. My photos do not do them justice. As adults, both males and females exhibit a heavy green iridescence. I would describe adults as sparkling. As adults they feed aggressively on high quality flake, frozen brine shrimp, frozen bloodworm and anything live. Shipping is $7(non-refundable) on top of the winning bid. Payment(via Paypal only) is requested Saturday 6/16 by 12pm EST. I anticipate shipping the eggs on Monday(6/18) or Tuesday(6/19) depending on how cooperative the parents are with egg production. If payment is not received as requested, I will relist the auction. I cannot guarantee hatch, sex ratio, etc. as there are too many variables outside of my control once the eggs leave my fish room. Typically Blockii eggs are hardy and ship well. Thanks for looking.
