Aphyosemion striatum Lambarene 30+ Developing Eggs

Offered here are 30+ developing eggs of one of this classic killi.  Colorful, peaceful, active fish, they are a great choice for the novice killi keeper or old hand who remembers how much fun they are to keep and breed. They take all foods live, flake or frozen and readily adapt to most water parameters.

Pictured below is one of the progenitors of my line.

The fry are medium small and I start them on my own small fry mix, a packet of which is included with these eggs, and vinegar eels or microworms. After a couple days they are taking BBS and you are home free. As with all new fry, water quality is extremely important so be careful not to overfeed and foul the container. A few rams horn snails in the fry container - I use the sandwich size containers initially - will help clean up any excess food.

The eggs with extras ship in water with a touch of meth. blue in a heat sealed poly bag. You can see the developing eggs and won't have to separate fry from peat when they hatch, or wonder where the eggs are! Just empty your eggs into the hatching container and keep an eye on them, removing the few that might fungus. I'll also include a half dozen of my 7ml plastic pipettes for help with feeding and transferring fry - snip the tip wider to move fry.

Priority Mail shipping to the continental US only is $8.00, and First Class Mail weather permitting is $4.00.   We can coordinate shipping to avoid really bad patches weather-wise.

Please wait for my invoice at the close of this auction to make payment. Given the short incubation time of these eggs, payment should be made within 24 hours of auction close. I will ship to your PayPal shipping address so make sure it is current.

Thanks for viewing my auction!
