Aphyosemion striatum 25+ Develop Fundulopanchax scheeli - Red Dot
30+ Developing Eggs
Offered here are 30+ developing eggs of this classic killi. A beautiful blue sheen interspersed with red dots gives rise to the name Emerald Killifish that so aptly describes it. These fish are not shy and will come on up at feeding time. They are a great choice for the novice killi keeper or old hand who remembers how much fun they are to keep. They will take all foods live, flake or frozen and readily adapt to most water parameters.
They are very easy to spawn and prefer bottom mops to top. The eggs are large and while the fry are middling small, after a couple days of fine foods they grow out quite rapidly. I start out with my own small fry mix, then vinegar eels, banana/micro worms followed by BBS. I include with the eggs a packet of my very small fry blend and some 7ml pipettes for feeding and transferring the fry.
The picture below is of the two males who sired the eggs being offered here.
The developing eggs with extras ship in sterilized coco-peat in protected packaging.
First Class Mail shipping to the continental US only is $3.50 and Priority Mail is available as well for $6.00. Either will do to most areas this time of year. We can coordinate shipping to avoid really bad patches weather-wise.
Please wait for my invoice at the close of this auction to make payment. Given the short incubation time of these eggs, payment should be made within 24 hours of auction close. I will ship to your PayPal shipping address so make sure it is current.
Thanks for considering my auction!
