100+ newly hand-picked eggs of this beautiful killifish, packed in peat. This is a week's spawn from a multi-pair colony, and there are WAY more than 100 eggs in there, but I'm not counting them. Since these are freshly picked, there will be some eggs that don't develop, but you should hatch out several to many dozen fry when the time comes (anywhere from 3 to 4 months, depending primarily on storage temperature). Pictured is an adult male, a "dad" or "uncle" of these eggs. Females, as usual, have very little coloration or markings.
I start fry out on vinegar eels or microworms, and newly hatched brine shrimp. I also usually add a bit of java moss to the hatching container to theoretically provide a continuous source of infusoria. As they grow, they will accept most frozen "meaty" foods like brine shrimp, bloodworms, and mysis, and will even accept some flake and small pellets. They of course relish live brine shrimp and blackworms as well.
I ship to US only, usually on the Monday after payment clears. Please include $7.00 for Priority Mail in box with heat pack. Shipping may need to be coordinated around weather and postal holidays.
Payment by money order or paypal.
Please note: I ship to the address provided in your payment. If paying by paypal, please, please make sure that shipping address is correct. Shipping days get hectic, and it's easy to miss requests to ship elsewhere. Thanks...
