Description

2 young pairs of gabunense. These are a mop spawner. I keep my breeders in a 5 gallon with a couple floating and a couple sinking yarn mops. I hand pick eggs and water incubate. Incubation is about 14 days. I've also successfully incubated them in peat. Fry are hardy and initially consume microworm or vinegar eels. After a few days they will start feeding on newly hatched brine shrimp. I keep mine at 68-72 degrees depending on the season. Sex ratio is about even in my fish room. Adults eat Tetramin flake, frozen brine shrimp and frozen blood worms. Mine live about 2-3 years. Shipping is $15 nonrefundable on top of the winning bid. This auction closes 8/15.
