Description

1 young pair of aphyosemion gabunense gabunense. These are an easily maintained mop spawner. I keep my breeding pair in a bare 5 gallon with a couple sinking and a couple floating yarn spawning mops. They do well in my hard Lake Erie tap water. Tank temp is 68-72 depending on season. This is one killifish that really seems to suffer from being kept at tropical temps. Their longevity is shortened at high temps. I hand pick and incubate eggs in water. Incubation period is about 14 days. You can incubate in peat as well. Fry are hardy and feed on microworms once free swimming. Adults are eating Tetramin flake, frozen brine shrimp and frozen bloodworms. Shipping is $15 nonrefundable on top of the winning bid. These fish will ship Friday 7/27/18. Payment is requested by end of day Thursday 7/26/18. If payment is not received as requested I will relist the auction. Thanks for looking.
