Description

Auction is for a group of 12 Cyprinodon brontotheroides (MARTIN & WAINWRIGHT, 2013), sized at 1� or better and mixed sexes will be included in the lot. My photo shows a group of random fish from the group I have of them, the inlay photo shows a young male starting to show breeding colors.

C. brontotheroides are endemic to San Salvador Island in the Bahamas where it�s known from six hypersaline lakes; the location of these auction fish are from Little Lake. Being maintained at a salt level of 1.023-1026. By nature eating invertebrates, they will accept a wide range of frozen & live foods. This blood line came directly from Chris Martin from the 2015 American Killifish Association convention.

These were tank raised by a buddy of mine here in the Pittsburgh area, and as we like to say... Proudly Pennsylvania Produced�. These are NOT stressed out, emaciated imported fish (which are often misidentified) that just arrived in the USA and are ready to die!

Only method of shipping offered is USPS Express Shipping for a flat rate of $48.00. But, if you are located close to me and shipping rates are much lower, I'll be able to reduce the shipping cost, please email me with your shipping zip code to find out. Always a good idea to think about using the �hold for pick up� at post office option to help protect the shipment from a day of exposure to weather conditions as it rides around in a mail truck for hours prior to delivery to your home. ALSO, this method can sometimes speed up the delivery times on scheduled 2 day deliveries to late next day. Email me your shipping zip code for delivery times as some USPS Express is a 2 day delivery.

Live delivery will be guaranteed, as long as someone is present to receive & sign for shipment on the first delivery attempt to an address other than a post office. If using the �hold for pick up� service, packages must be picked up within 4 hours once available at your post office. - - - Live delivery is guaranteed to you, but I DO NOT GUARANTEE THE DELIVERY TIME!

I don't use USPS Priority Mail (and please don't ask me to, saying you will take the risk!) because they are so unpredictable and unreliable. I have already had packages in the past take up to two weeks to get delivered; I will not to take a gamble with living things!!! Let us avoid any problems, headaches, arguments and hard feelings just to try and save a few dollars!!
