Description

Location NG MM 14. From the rich swamp lands of Bolouangiama Town in present day Bayelsa State, near Port Harcourt City in the extensive Niger-Delta swamp forests. This is why this killifish was christened "Deltahense" by Mr. James Ororokuma, now late, a US citizen of Nigerian extraction from the Ijaw Ethnic group of Southern Nigeria, who upon retiring from the US Marines after seeing action in 1950 - 1953in the Korean War, stated the aquarium fish business in Nigeria, and in fact, for want of a name, christiened many a Nigerian fish! You won't find this one in a pet shop. You are Bidding on pair 1 male and 1 female. They are egg layers and easy to breed. This is one of the really very rare nice ones. The picture doesn't do them justice. Shipped priority mail with confirmation slip in the in double post office boxes which are cardboard $15. Live delivery is not guaranteed on priority shipping. Shipped express mail in Styrofoam box with heat pack if needed $38. Express mail for Colorado and California are $43. Combined shipping up to 6 fish.
