Here's a great way to get started in killifish.

Auction is for two nice breeding pairs of the beautiful killifish Fp gardneri Innidere. They are each about 1.5" long, and ready, willing and able to start breeding.

Gardneri as a group are one of the easiest killifish to keep and breed. And the Innidere strain is among the most spectacularly colored, the males getting a turquoise body color with red speckles and orange edging on the unpaired fins. Top pictures are of adult males from preceding generations; your fish are youngr but almost as colorful already. Females as usual show very little color or markings. . These are a fairly good-sized killifish; some of my males get over 3", females usually a bit smaller.

Additional pairs available; I can fit up to 6 pairs in the box for no additional postage.

One of the easiest killifish to keep: mine are in moderately hard water, temperature in the low 70s F., and eat live and frozen foods (brine, bloodworms, blackworms) voraciously, and even eat flake foods when the get in feeding frenzy mode. Great jumpers; keep 'em covered.

Shipping: I ship to US only; shipping may need to be coordinated around weather and postal holidays. Fish usually ship the Monday or Tuesday after payment clears to reduce risk of spending a weekend parked outside some postal sorting station. Shipping is INCLUDFED for Priority Mail or add $30 for Express Mail. Multiple fish or egg purchases can be shipped together.

Payment: please pay by money order or paypal within 3 days of purchase. The email address that Aquabid provides in the winning bidder notice is my paypal address, so if you know your total, feel free to pay before contacting me. Otherwise, I usually send out an email within a day of auction end. If you prefer to pay by money order, the Aquabid address is again correct; please let me know when money order is in the mail. I am often looking to clear tanks to make room for the next hatch, so prompt payment is always appreciated.
