Description

like all diapterons, these are small and beautiful fish. the picture does not do them justice, as the spots on the finnage which appear white in the photo are actually blue, and flash tones of green-blue to purple-blue as they catch the light. unlike most diapterons, the makokou strain is quite bold and therefore easy to enjoy and less delicate than congeners which stress easily. these fish survive a range of water conditions, but prefer very soft cool water. warmer water speeds their aging process. however, addition of HUFA's to the diet helps counteract this effect. i will ship usps overnight for $45 in styro box with LAG with photo of fish in unopened bag (for fish, not shipping costs) assuming you receive them on the first delivery attempt . weather permitting, i will ship usps priority for $15 (no LAG). please contact me with any questions you have before bidding.
