Description

Two Pair Nothobranchius korthausae Mafia Island TAN 02-5 This is an easier species of annual soil spawning killifish. The females produce many eggs, incubation time is only 8-12 weeks and the newly hatched fry are fairly large, already able to eat bbs or powder food. The fish for sale were hatched about 8 weeks ago. I will send two pair of young adults. More fish are available at a discount. These fish are extremely fast growing and should be already breeding. The photo is the parent (or grandparent) of the fish for sale. These fish are kept and bred in hard water, 5-6 KH, >30 GH. These fish prefer live foods but routinely get pellet food (golden pearls and red crumb ala Tim Addis). They are supplemented with baby brine shrimp, walter, grindal and white worms. Add a live food culture starter at no additional cost. $2 each for whiteworms, D. hydrei (flightless) or D. melanogaster (wingless). $1 each for vinegar eels, walter worms, banana worms Any payment accepted but Paypal preferred.
