Nothobranchius foerschi Dar Es Salaam This species of annual soil spawning killifish is among the easiest of the annual fish to breed. The females produce many eggs, incubation time is only 8-12 weeks and the newly hatched fry are large, already able to eat bbs. The fish for sale were hatched 11-24-2010. I will send four young adults, 1 male/3 females. More females are availableThese fish are extremely fast growing and should be already breeding. The photo is the fish for sale with an insert of the male parent. These fish are kept and bred in hard water, 5-6 KH, >30 GH. These fish prefer live foods but routinely get pellet food (golden pearls and red crumb ala Tim Addis). They are supplemented with baby brine shrimp, walter, grindal and white worms. Priority shipping ~$12, FedEx or Expressmail (about $32) will depend on location of buyer. I ship from zip code 74105 and the box will be 2 � 2.5 lbs. This price includes a 72 hour heatpack and you can keep the box. Live delivery guaranteed with overnight or express mail services ( but not with Priority mail). Note that the guarantee does not include shipping.
