SHIPPING:
USPS priority shipping is included. Livestock is shipped in 1 & 2 liter soda bottles placed into a USPS flat rate bag. Why? Soda bottles are shatter resistant, which allows us to ship livestock in substantially more water. The additional water/room reduces stress and water toxicity. When transitioning do so in the bottle. If there are plants in the bottle, pick them out beforehand.

GUARANTEE:
We have the best guarantee around: If DOA, send us a picture and a one time replacement will be sent at zero cost.

When is the safest time to order & ship? During most of the trip a package is in temperature controlled environments and relatively safe. The most vulnerable time is when the package is out for delivery. The safest days for delivery are on cool and overcast days. So - if payment is made by Sunday evening, your order is likely to ship Monday - Tuesday, and be delivered Wednesday through Friday. It is imperative you greet your mail carrier and take the package directly from them.

If you have unfavorable weather consider having the package held at your post office for personal pick up. If you�d like this option let us know.
