Description

Top Color, tank raised, no imports. Blue Dreams are a gorgeous Neocaridina Dwarf Freshwater Shrimp. They have translucent shells allowing the blue tissue inside to shine through in a beautifully luminous way under the light. High grade specimens look like glowing sapphires swimming through the water.

Blue Dreams are as easy to keep as any Neo and thrive in temperatures between 70F and 80F with a pH between 7 and 9. They like a KH of between 0 and 8 with a GH of 4-6 for good molting.

The shrimp you will receive are ~ 2-4 months old, ~1/4" - 3/4". 10 to 12 shrimp is a good number to start your own colony.

Shipping is $15.00 with USPS Priority Mail (2-3 day) and includes heat or cold packs when necessary. Overnight shipping is also available, if you message me, I can get you a quote. For locations with daytime temps over 85, "Hold for Pickup" shipping is greatly encouraged. With this shipping option, the package will be held for you to go and pick up at your local post office and will prevent potential over heating while on the delivery truck. While I'll still honor my DOA guarantee, cold packs only stay cold for so long and can be exhausted by delivery day. I want you to have a happy experience upon receipt of your new pets without having to wait for a re-shipment! Continental US and Alaska shipping only. I cannot ship to Hawaii. Moss will be included to give them something to cuddle in during shipping. :)

DOA Policy: I always include at least 2 extras to cover DOAs. However, if you don't receive at least 10 live shrimp please contact me. I'll make it right. Replacement/refund will be authorized at buyers choice.

My water parameters are as follows: Gh: 7 KH: 6 pH: 7.4 and 8 after off gassing. TDS ~150 @ 74 degrees F. They were fed Hikari Shrimp Cuisine along with boodworms, Omega algae wafers, zuchini, peas, and were fond of indian almond and mulberry leaves. Native algae was also present for their consumption.
