Description

Hi there, order is for 10 Blue Bee Shrimp (Paracaridina Sp.).
Shipping is FREE.Blue bees are a very small species of dwarf shrimp,and grow only to about 3/4 of an inch.
You will also get a VERY small starter culture of Najas Grass.�

They will come really small right now. I'll try to see if I could catch thebigger ones for you, but no promises. Be sure you are ok with receiving�REALLY small SHRIMP.

Important: They will be shipped on Monday only to avoid any possible long weekend delays.
They should arrive on your doorstep by Wednesday or Thursday.
Please message me if you do not get a tracking number by Tuesday.
(If Monday is a holiday, they will go out Tuesday.)

They are easy to bred and you will receive both males and females.
Newly hatched shrimps will live peacefully with the adults!
Baby shrimps do not need any special care, and will grow in the same aquarium as the adults.

Tips on breeding Blue Bee Shrimp:
- Keep them in Reverse Osmosis water with enough tap water to bring TDS to about 100.
- For dechlor, use "Prime" by Seachem, OR, "AmQuel" by Kordon. Do not use any other chemicals.
- Use a double dose of dechlor--use twice the recommended dosage on the bottle.
- They will grow fine on any high quality fish food. Don't waste your money on specialty shrimp food.
- Having a light and some aquatic plants will be very helpful for maintaining water quality.
- Be careful with farmed plants as they may carry fertilizers and algaecide and will kill shrimps.
- Use a sponge filter for filtration, or put a sponge over the intake of you power filter.
- DO NOT OVER FEED, and soon you will have HUNDREDS!!
-Current Parameters: pH 6-6.8, Temp 70-76 f, TDS 120, plants anubias, java moss, riccia, lights 12 hr/day.

You will receive VERY small shrimp (about 1/8 inch). These shrimps are bred for Health and Color.
They tend to breed true, however how "blue" they look will completely depend on your water conditions.
