Description

Three Dwarf Blue Cambarellus Diminutus (crayfish) unsexed. The original animals of this colony arrived blue however in the alkaline water of Montana, they have not retained their blue color. That does not mean they won�t turn blue in your water, but I believe in full disclosure. From what I�m told, these look best in a lower PH aquarium with soft water. Regardless of color, these are still a wonderful addition to tanks. This is one of the Smallest Crayfish species known being only 1.25" when full grown. They are plant friendly and not aggressive. We have heard from people for whom we�ve designed aquariums, that the crays are their favorite critters. These crays are not aggressive in our experience and work in community tanks as well as long as they are not with fish that will snack on them. They prefer hiding places and can even be kept in groups without issue with hiding places and plants available. Ours love hanging out in the java moss too. They do a great job of cleaning up extra fish feed. Home bred in the USA Shipping $15.00 � please watch your weather, no heating or cooling packs available.
