20 Red Cherry Shrimp You will be receiving small juveniles, approx. 1/4" to 3/8". They grow very quickly and with your good care will begin breeding before you know it.
These shrimp are Red Cherries (not Sakura/Fire) and are too young to be sexed. The first photo below show baby through adult shrimp out of the tank yours will be chosen from. Lines are an inch apart for scale. The second photo is a batch of these little guys who were shipped this spring. They were not thrilled about their impending travel opportunity...

None of these youngsters are capable of full color yet, adults are always brighter than juveniles, females are always brighter than males. Young shrimp like these ship and acclimate better than mature adults (and are much cheaper!).
I had THIS WEIRDNESS develop in my Red Cherries. For a while I was trying to separate them but gave up so there will definitely be many females which grow up to have blue eggs (half of these juvies came from blue eggs) and a chance that mature females may even turn purple.
The winner can add golf balls of Subwassertang for $5 each, one covers about a 4x4" area. Email as soon as you win to let me know.
