Description

10 + 2 Blue Jelly Shrimp
This auction is for 10 + 2 Blue Jelly Shrimp. Shipment will include both adults and juveniles starting to mature. Shipping to the USA only for a flat rate $10. Multiples may be purchased at the winning price plus an additional $3 for shipping each multiple set. We ship on Monday, Tuesday and Saturday. If your temperatures are above 90F shipment will be further delayed to ensure safety of the shrimp while in transit. These translucent blue neocaridina shrimp are known by many names, including Blue Jelly, Blue Velvet and Blue Fairy. Both the male and female are distinctly blue and will easily reproduce in a species tank. We feed our shrimp a variety of foods that include fresh vegetables, algae wafers, shrimp wafers, Repashy, cichlid flakes and pellets.

Payment Information

We accept all payments through PayPal. If you do not have an established account you can still use PayPal to submit a credit card payment. Once payment has been received item(s) will be prepared and packaged for shipment.

Shipping and Claims

We guarantee delivery to the address given at the time of order. Should there be any errors in the shipping information all guarantees will be voided. A non-refundable $25 interception fee will be charged for each package that requires a correction. We will use these funds to cover expenses incurred with the carrier to redirect a package while in transit. There are no guarantees that a package can be rerouted by the carrier, only that the attempt will be made.

Should your package not be delivered or arrive in a damaged state, a claim will need to be filed with the carrier to recover the charges for the lost or damaged goods. We can only provide the tracking number the carrier has provided to us. All items arriving in unsatisfactory condition will be replaced so long as the additional shipping and handling charges are paid.

International Shipments may incur additional charges for customs or to cover fees incurred by our carrier. Please contact us for a delivery quote to ensure no unexpected charges appear.

Product Guarantee

All products are guaranteed by either the manufacturer or by us.

For all hardgood and non-perishable items the manufacturer is the guarantor. Information about contacting manufacturer will be included with the packaging.

Should any hardgood or non-perishable item arrive damaged please contact the carrier. We ship primarily through the Postal Service and they guarantee all packages up to $50. If your order is greater than $50 please contact us for a quote on insuring the package, if interested. To file a claim with the carrier, pick up a Claim Form and follow the instructions to request a refund against goods damaged in their hands.

For all live fish, plants, invertebrates, etc we guarantee live arrival. Should any issue occur during transit we require a photograph showing the dead product in the original shipping bag as well as opened and in a container to get a clear view of the deceased. Photos must be received within one hour of the first delivery attempt. If you are unable to accept delivery on the first attempt all guarantees will be void.

Returns and Refunds

Please contact us prior to returning a product we've shipped to your address.

Only unopened, unused hardgoods and non-perishable items can be restocked. If a product is returned without contacting us first or if it is returned after opening the packaging, no refund will be granted.
