Description

10 young adult Red Cherry Shrimp. These will mostly be from 1/2 in to 3/4 in long, none smaller than 1/4 in. Shrimp this size ship better, adapt better to your water, and will obviously live longer than larger shrimp (Red Cherries live for about 1 1/2 years). They will grow very quickly The strain is excellent; the adults are very red. A pair of Endler's Livebearers. The male is already colored up. The female has no color. These are pure strain Black Bar Endler's and are excellent fish for a planted tank. I will send an extra Endlers in the shipment for this auction. I will ship the shrimp and fish in Kordon Breather Bags, with a tablet of Bag Buddy to keep the water in good condition, and with some live plants for the shrimp to cling on to for the journey. I have Subwassertang, Najas (Guppy Grass), Hornwort, Amazon Frogbit, Duckweed , Java Moss. , and I will include a starter quantity of two or three of these species in the bag (you may choose if you want and I will comply as supplies are available). These are all easy to keep, fast growing plants well suited to a tank with shrimp or small fish. Thinking it's too cold to ship? Do not be concerned about shipment. I routinely ship in very cold weather, and have shipped successfully to Alaska in the middle of winter. I will check the weather in the buyer's locale and if it is necessary(normally daytime highs below 40F), I will provide the option of adding a 72 hr heat pack with the shipment for an additional $3. The shrimp and fish travel very well, and I will be responsible for any (very rare) shipping or packaging issues. You just have to ensure that you retrieve them from your doorstep or mailbox on the same day. I will also include information on the care of shrimp and plants based on my experience as a breeder for several years.
