Description

Up for sale are a group of 20 of the marble shrimp shown in the photo. This is a neat Neocaridina species very similar to the popular cherry shrimp. These guys vary greatly in color and pattern from light with dark stripes to dark with light stripes and everything in between. I've got them in several of my planted community tanks and they are very prolific and hardy. It seems that they are capable of changing their color based on their environment in order to better camoflage themselves. Most of my dark colored individuals are from tanks with dark gravel, lighter ones from tanks with lighter gravel. They seem to max out at just over an inch. They scavenge the tank for fish flakes and frozen food. They especially like algae wafers. In this auction you will receive a total of 20 individuals between .25 - 1 inch. Like all of our fish and plants, these guys are tank raised and healthy. Priority shipping will be $15, $30 if you prefer Express shipping. A 72 hr. heat pack will be included with either method at no additional charge. Shrimp will be shipped with a portion of a floating plant in the bag.
