I am offering 10+2 extra of these mutated cherries with blue color. Young shrimp about 1/4", more or less. These showed up in a tank with cherry shrimp, so I isolated them to bring out a better line. Eggs are brown, unless back crossed with yellows or fire reds (yellow eggs). This is perhaps the 4th month of the isolated blue line (NO red adults). I'm still culling out red cherry shrimp babies (maybe 1 out of 8?). The line is not 100% stable. I think that the blue genes are dominant over red. In other words, some of the blues are "carriers" of the red genes, and you get red offspring when two carriers happen to mate. All color is in the carapace, not in the body like Blue Pearls. The color pattern/coverage varies like it does with cherry shrimp. And the males are less colorful. Rostrums seem to be uniformly blue in all. Another tank has one female currently berried from Yellow males (aiming for F2 greens, blue over yellow). Buyer pays $14 for high weight insulated USPS Priority Shipping, with extra insulation, water, and heat pack(s). Shipping days are Monday and Tuesday. If more than 2 shrimp arrive dead within 4 hours of tracked arrival, send a photo of the shrimp in the unopened bag for a DOA refund. I can't refund shipping expense. Thanks for looking!
