We use Kordon Breather Bag with some moss to ship out the shrimp. If necessary we will put heat or cold pack with no extra cost

Refund Policy:
The shipment must be received upon arrival (first day) to destination for live arrival guarantee. Should the species not make a live arrival - we ask that you take a picture and send it to us within the first 2 hours. Please do not wait until the next day or even the night of to process this, considering that we must have you comply with the *Receive upon Same day arrival* Policy. We issue refunds based on these terms - deducting the cost of shipping.
