Description

For sale are 10+2 Orange Eye Blue Tiger Shrimp.

Orange Eye Blue Tigers (OEBTs) are hardy and very prolific. Their color ranges anywhere from beige (blonde) to light blue, greenish, reddish, to true blue and almost black. All color grades have offspring in this entire range of colors. Having just blue shrimp does no guarantee all blue offspring. Vice versa, blonde shrimp can have blue off spring. Shrimp develop color as they get older. Young shrimp might have lighter colors than you'd expect, but as they get larger, they color up. Young shrimp that are blue, turn blackish. Light blues turn blue, and even some blondes eventually turn blue.

Grade: You will get a mix of colors and I'll do my best to keep them even - e.g. 2 blues, 2 light blues, 2 blondes.
Size: Juvenile (1/2 inch) - Young shrimps survive moving better and acclimatize in a new place better than larger ones.

Shipping: All shrimp are shipped in a Kordon breather bag with moss to hold on to.
USPS Priority is: $9 in an insulated box.
USPS Express is: $29 in an insulated box.
Heat/Cold packs are available for an extra $3.

GUARANTEED NO DOA!
Depending on how the temps are predicted to be, I may require you to buy a heat/cold pack to be able to do 'No DOA Guarantee'.

Refund policy
Your order will ship with extra shrimp. In the rare event you have any DOAs that exceed the extras you'll get, you need to contact me within 2 hours of receiving the package. This is important. If there are any DOA, you'll obviously know as soon as you open the bag. Count the shrimp by transferring them one by one. You'll be refunded the cost of the dead shrimp. Actual Shipping fee is non-refundable. If you would like to reship the loss due to DOA, buyer is responsible for reshipping fee.

Acclimation
Make sure you know how to take care of these shrimp before you bid.
Its VERY important you take your time acclimating your shrimp. OEBTS will adapt to a wide range of water parameters.Here are instructions on how to acclimate your shrimp. If your water parameters are very different from what mine are, acclimate them over a longer duration of time. My water params are:
Temp: 74F
pH: 7.2
KH: 2
GH: 5

If you're unsure they'll adapt to your water parameters, email me and I'll give you an honest opinion on if you should purchase these or not.

Check my reviews! To date, I've had VERY few DOA. Most buyers end up with extra shrimp due to that.

I normally ship on Monday and Saturday.

These will be shipped in insulated box.
However, there's only that much protection an insulated box can provide. Please do not bid if your high temps are over 90 degrees or low temps are under 25 F.
