I'm still new to selling, so please work with me. Winner can buy as many bags of eggs as they wish for the winning bid, with a 0.25 USD increase to the 2.00 USD USPS shipping.
This is to ensure I can afford the shipping materials and the actual cost of the postage. I have a nice tub of sand from my old Triops tank. These eggs are about a year and a half old now and are simply taking up space.
Now, to what you wanna know; These are a batch of mixed longicaudatus/newberryi eggs. I had 3 newberryi and one longicaudatus, so it's a good chance you'll get newberryi from this batch.
These will all hatch into "female", and lay a few hundred eggs over the 3 or 4 month lifespan.
These eggs can then be dried out and hatched by adding water. There are many guides to hatching Triops on the web, so I won't bore you with that. Each bag will contain at the least 10 eggs, with close to a 75% hatch rate given the best conditions. Unhatched eggs can be removed and re-dried, Adding water to them again is likely to hatch some. This is not due to dead eggs, but due to a survival mechanism.
