Description

10 AWESOME ASSASSIN SNAILS AND A SURPRISE! FREE SHIPPING, NO RESERVE!

Hello Invert-Lovers!

We've got some snails that are so BAD that the only appropriate music for this auction was a murder ballad. That's right...these snails are baddest thing since Lee Brown. And if you've got a tank full of "Little Sadies" (AKA Little Snails) you'd better try to win this auction.

As for all of our current auctions with music, we CHALLENGE you to identify the artist, song, and album title. (If it doesn't play for you in Firefox on a PC, try Internet Explorer; on a MAC try Safari.) If you are the high bidder and correctly identify the music, we will throw a nice bonus gift into your box. Now how's that for an AWESOME deal on top of this already awesome deal?

We're big fans of Acoustic Blues, Bluegrass, Folk, Americana, Roots Rock, and Singer-songwriter music. No top 40 stuff here! So, even if you don't care to bid on our stuff, check us out every week (usually in Mixed Lots) for some awesome music you probably haven't heard before. Enjoy!

The first thing you're going to get in this box is ten healthy, home-bred Assassin Snails (Anentome helena). They will be somewhere between 1/4 and 3/4-inch-long snails. We've come to become REALLY big fans of these snails. They are attractive, fast moving, and very active animals. Plus they are very useful, since they will kill and eat all of your pest snails. We use ours to control Pond snails, Ramshorns, and Malaysian trumpet snails. It takes several months, but they will clear the pest snails out of your tank. Once they did this for us, we had to start supplementing their diet with crushed Ramshorn and Pond snails from a different tank, in order to keep their population going strong. As soon as we drop a few crushed Ramshorns in their tank, they start cruising from all directions in the direction of the food--they seriously haul A** for snails! Check out our picture of an Assassin snails feeding frenzy. And as long as you keep them well fed, they are very easy to breed. You will love these snails!

We're going to throw something else in this box that you should like if you're into inverts. Bid on this auction for a real surprise!

We're going to stuff this into a box and ship it to you for FREE. We ship via Priority Mail in a Styrofoam-lined box with Kordon breather bags. Heat packs are free. We offer a NO RISK LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE. By no risk, we mean that if your snails arrive DOA, whether it's our fault or the fault of the USPS, we will re-ship them at NO ADDITIONAL COST TO YOU. How many sellers on Aquabid offer that kind of guarantee? Since it is difficult to tell if a snail is DOA in the bag, mail us the empty shell via first class mail within 48 hours of arrival. We will re-ship your snails and refund the cost of first class postage. We ship to the continental USA only.

Payment is via Paypal only. Contact us with questions at Lex.inverts@gmail.com. Check out our feedback to see how we do business!
