Description

It is time to thin the herd. It is getting crowded in my breeder tank and I need to remove the lower grade shrimp. This auction consists of 10 +3 A grade Crystal Red Shrimp. 3 Additional shrimp will be provided to cover the unlikely event that any arrive DOA. The A Grade has characteristics of blotchy and transparent red coloration and white coloration. There will be a mix of males and females sizes 0.5 to 0.75 inch. These shrimp have the DNA to provide SS+ quality shrimp through a breeding program. They will be shipped in a Kordon Breather bag, styrofoam insulated box and java moss to hang on to for a safe comfortable trip. When they first arrive, their colors will be pale. This is due to the stress of shipping. After a few days, they will color up nicely. I ship on Mondays and Tuesdays to prevent an extended weekend stay at the post office. Charges for shipping: USPS Priority Mail $10.00 Express Mail 30.00 The Crystal Red Shrimp prefers soft acidic water. Temperature should be lower than 80F and the pH should range from 6.2 to 6.8, gH should be between 4-6 and kH should be between 1-2. It is very important to make frequent water changes. Please check your water condition, CRS lives better in clean low PH water.
