All our fish are raised and bred in hard (400ppm) alkaline (7.5pH),

with 40-50% water changes daily.

Shipping Details

All fish will be double bagged. Shipped in molded Styrofoam boxes.

Ship Costs for 2 - 3 pairs:

* Priority Mail $20.00 (2-3 Day, No live guarantee)

* Express Mail $45.00 (Live arrival guarantee)

Live delivery is always guaranteed on Next day only

We will not ship to areas below 50 degrees F.

DOA fish must be sent within 2 hours of arrival.

We shipped all our fish in thick molded Styrofoam boxes.

Heat packs added when needed.

No Packing or handling charge.

We are experienced shippers and have been shipping fish for over 25 years.

Our Live Arrival Guarantee

We guarantee delivery of live healthy fish, but cannot control what you do with them after that. We do not guarantee that they will remain healthy under your care. If your fish do not arrive alive they will be replaced at no cost to you, other than a re-shipping charge. Therefore, while we assume the majority of the risk for losses, you share a fraction of the risk by being responsible for the shipping cost. Your package is reliably delivered by the USPS within 3 days of shipping. We do not take responsibility for delays by the Carrier. It is important that the fish be checked the minute they are delivered. Live Guarantee is void if we do not hear from you within 2 hours after delivery time posted by carrier. Guarantee is void if fish are left by front door, especially in winter months. We rarely have problems with shipments; however, if a problem occurs, email or text us right away (within 2 hr. of arrival) and let us know (786) 506-1133.

DOA Policy

We only ask for proof of loss, take a photograph of the dead fish in original shipping bag without opening it, or on a dry paper towel, sent to us within 2 hours of arrival time posted by carrier. It will be our decision whether to reship the fish or give a refund on the money paid minus shipping charges. Shipping charges will not be refund/credit/cover by the DOA Policy. After two hours since pickup, delivery or once the fish are in customer�s tank Florida Guppies Plus is not responsible for death of fish, as these circumstances are beyond our control.
