Fish are packed in breather bags in a well insulated box with a 72 hour heat pack. Message for a quote for priority express shipping. Priority mail shipping- $18 DOA- Fish are guaranteed for priority express shipping only during the winter (Nov-April). Priority mail shipping is also available with no DOA guarantee. In the case of DOA, send two clear photos of the dead fish in the original unopened packaging within 2 hours of the first delivery attempt. DOA only applies to fish purchased, not extras. Refund will be given per dead fish. If there is a total loss, a refund of the cost of the purchase price will be issued. Sorry, shipping charges are not refundable, and the customer is liable for any re-shipping costs for a replacement. Shipped within the continental 48 US states only. A delay in shipment will void DOA policy.
