Description

3/4 AMERICAN BLACKS_VERY VERY BLACK AND VERY BIG!

Up for bids is one reverse trio of the 3/4 American Blacks. The fish will come from the tank in this Youtube videohttps://youtu.be/L9Go7ekM0L0. You'll have to copy and past the link into your address bar to see it as aquabid's system won't let the videoswork automatically. They were born on 12/15 and the video was token on 3/26. The females have been in with the males so they are likely hit. These 3/4 American Blacks are not something your going to find around much. These were much more common many years back, but they'vefadedaway since theearly 2000's.This particular line is really good in some ways and a bit lacking in others in terms of them being of IFGA show quality. These fish are very, very black. Let me repeat myself, these fish are very, very black.I know for a fact you won't find any 3/4American Blacks that are darker than these. Next these fish grow extremely quick and are quite big for there age. I've been amazed at just how fast these things grow. The third good thing about them is that they are extremely fertile and hardy. I've been amazed by how many females a single male has been able to breed. The main place where these fish are lacking if your looking to show them in the IFGA is shape. They are going to require some work in dorsal and caudal shape, although with time I feel that this can be corrected. Thanks for viewing my auction. Tim Mousseau

All fish are shipped in a Styrofoam box with a heat pack, which is already included in the cost of shipping listed below. I will ship them USPS Express Mail for $43.00 or regular Priority mail for $20.00. You can combine multiple auctions to save on shipping. The cost of shipping will go up by $5.00 for every added trio with Express mail. If you chose the regular Priority mail option the shipping is only $20.00 for up to two trio and then the shipping goes up by $5.00 for anything over two trios. If you are in Hawaii an import permit is required and is to be obtained before you bid on my auctions. USPS Express includes my Alive Arrival Guarantee, but regular Priority mail does not.

Payment is expected to be postmarked within 3 days from when the auction closes period. If you can't send out your payment within three days please don't bid. I DON'T ACCEPT PAYPAL because I don't agree with their policies. If more people would actually read their user agreements they wouldn't use them either. The winner of this auction agrees to send a payment in the form of a money order, or cashiers check. You can get a money order or cashiers check at a post office, most drug stores, most grocery stores etc. If the buyer wishes to send their payment with a signature requirment, that is welcome, but that needs to be made known so that way I can make sure sombody is avalible to sighn for the payment.

DON'T BE FOOLED BY GUPPY SELLERS!

Every time I read a new auction from one of the guppy "sellers" on this great site, I am amused with all their claims. You name it and it has probably been said by somebody trying to sell their guppies. People often claim to have the best of something, or dosomethingbetter thansomebodyelse when selling something, butthey have nothing to prove it. My father and I have proven the quality of our guppies year after year on the IFGA show bench and at guppy contests around the world. Not only have we done well with our stock, but countless people have went on to do well at shows with lines that we've sold them.Becauseof this we getmany repeat customers and many people who won't go to anybody else but us for their guppies. My father and I have been mentioned and featured in countless hobbyist publications such asTropical Fish Hobbyist and Amazonas Magazine. The most recent was last fall inAmazonsmagazine after doing extremely well in at the World GuppyContest. We have also given countless guppy speeches around the country and on the radio. Several times a month, we get speech requests. We are two of the thirteen breeders who have been awarded the status of "Master Breeder" in the IFGA since its existence in the 1960s. All thisrecognition has been a very humblingexperience, but very fulfilling as well. You see, all thisrecognition along with our countless awards back up our fish and everything that we say about them. This is something that mostof the people who areout just to sell guppies can't do.

Many guppy "sellers" go out and buy guppies from one of the very few true guppy breeders, let them do what they do naturally and sell the offspring for many generations. Top guppy breeders like my father or I do much more than let guppies breed and sell the offspring. We are constantly making expert crosses that are needed to keep our world famous guppies to the highest quality possible. Fancy show guppies naturally degrade in quality as they are always trying to revert back to their wild state every generation. Guppies degrade in terms of shape, size, color and fertility, and in many cases there is a series of crosses that need to be made to fix the problems that occur over time. Sometimes it takes an expert eye to spot a problem and if a problem is allowed to breed into a line just one generation, it could take an expert breeder two or three generations making the perfect expert crosses to fix it. Many of these crosses are only known to expert breeders. Theknowledgeof expert crosses are gained fromyears of experience specializing in show guppies to fix these problems. These perfect crosses are on a situation by situation basis that only a select handful of breeders know how to make. With all this newinformationyou have toask yourself the most important questions of acquiring guppy stock. Do you want to take your chances and buy stock from somebody who hasn't proven themselves in multiple ways as being an expertworldclass breeder? Do you want to run therisk of trying to fix problems that the lines have obtained while in the hands of a 2nd hand guppy seller? I know I would want to make sure I wasobtainingthe best stock possible from aworldclassbreeder, what about you?
