Description

You are bidding on three pairs of our beautiful Tequila Sunrise Guppies. The winner will receive three young males between three and five months of age, along with three pre-hit females of the same age. This is a very hardy strain of Guppies that eat voraciously and display exceptional color, fins, and form as adults. We ship our fish via USPS Priority Mail on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday to insure the best possible shipping conditions. Small box orders are a flat rate of $15.00, Medium box orders are a flat rate of $20.00, and Large box orders are a flat rate of $26.00. Please contact us via email prior to purchase to inquire on what size box your order will ship in. A customer may wish to ship Priority Express due to weather or to insure faster arrival, if so, please contact us via email for a quote. When we deem it necessary due to weather conditions, heat or cold packs are provided at no additional fee. Please advise us if you are aware of inclement weather prior to shipping. Once your purchase has been finalized, we place your order in holding for a minimum of forty eight hours to purge the fish prior to pack-out. All orders are double bagged with oxygen and gently packed in insulated boxes to promote the best possible shipping conditions. Live arrival of our fish is guaranteed on all 1-3 day shipments and you must be present on the first delivery attempt. In the rare event of a problem, please email us within two hours of the package arrival time. Please include an attached clear photo of any D.O.A. in the unopened shipping bag. Only the cost of the D.O.A. is refundable, and refunds will be issued once proof of D.O.A. has been provided. You may choose to replace any lost fish, however the buyer will incur the cost of any reshipping fees. We reserve the right to with-hold shipments when we feel that weather conditions are too extreme. This is in the best interest of the customer and our fish. Our fish are our passion and we work diligently to breed and provide superior specimens that you will be proud to own. This means we refuse to take unnecessary risks for the sake of a dollar. Please be patient and understanding in such events, we will take good care of you. If you are interested in adding fish to your order, please contact us prior to finalizing the sale and we will be happy to assist you whenever possible. This can be a great way to save on shipping costs. Finally, our family cares about you, and we care about the health and well being of our fish too! Imagine for a moment that you have been scooped up, placed in a bag with a limited supply of oxygen, and then sealed in a dark box. You are scared, confused, and being bounced around for up to three days. Scary right? If it isn't too much to ask, will you please contact us upon receiving your fish to let us know they arrived happy, healthy, and safe?
