Description

This awesome Half Black Pastel starts off with a yellow caudal and it lightens with age, by 4 months the caudal and dorsal are about 90% white or close to white. At 9 months the yellow completely disappears in many males which is exciting because at 9 to 12 months of age these males will be ready for the show bench. They are larger bodied than most HB Pastels and they have thicker and stronger bodies as well. The Half Black body is most males is very intense and by show age the caudal length often matches the body length. What more can you ask of a strain of HB Pastels? If you get lucky you can get a few awesome Half Black Whites, one of the rarest show stoppers!
