The fish you are buying were bred and raised by our friend, Prasertsak of ATFG. He hand-picked and sent them to our fish room recently to share with you all. We have never purchased guppies that compare to his. This auction is for a trio, 3-4 months old and the females are hit. Plus, we'll throw in three (3) free Russian Red Lace Juveniles, 6-10 weeks old. These guppies throw solid, show-winning stock. Prasertsak grades his fish for quality. What I have sold previously were his "A-grade" fish, which are of excellent quality. These fish are "S-grade" and are of the highest quality that he produces. You would be hard-pressed to find Russian Red Lace Snakeskins more gorgeous than these anywhere in the United States. Trust us, we've looked! They are large-bodied, vigorous, prolific, and absolutely beautiful, but you can see that for yourself. These fish have patterns that are clearly defined, and their finnage (dorsal and caudal) is fabulous in length and shape. The females' bodies are solid and stocky, and they give birth to large drops. You can tell that Prasertsak has worked extensively with these fish. He judges guppy competitions all over Asia and is a master breeder in Thailand, so you know you are getting the best of the best, because these guppies meet even his stringent standards of excellence. We provide a Live Arrival Guarantee on ALL shipments, regardless of what happens in transit. Please see the terms below. Shipping via USPS Priority Mail is $15.00, which is a (2-3 day service). We ship Priority Monday-Wednesday as long is there is no federal holiday involved, because we do not want the fish sitting in the post office going nowhere. By request, we also ship Express Mail Monday-Friday for $35.00. Please let us know if you need us to have your package held at the post office so your fish aren't left outside unattended. We would be glad to do so.
We ship your fish professionally and with the utmost care. All fish are taken off of food for 48 hours prior to shipment to decrease the amount of harmful ammonia they excrete into their bags. Please be aware that your fish won't ship for at least 48 hours after you pay for your order. After that 48-hour time period has elapsed, we ship on the next available shipping day (see the days listed above). They are packed in a fully molded sytrofoam box (not a styro-lined box), and each fish is individually bagged in a Kordon breather bag with a Bag Buddy (a mild sedative) placed inside. The sedative only lasts for a few hours, but it helps with those initial jitters of being in the box. If the weather calls for it, heat packs are also required for the safe transport of the fish at a cost of $1.50 per heat pack. One is often sufficient, but more are required in the bitter cold.

Unfortunately, for reasons beyond our control, fish can be handled roughly in the post. If any of your fish are dead on arrival, we will refund ALL of your money or we will replace the fish at no cost to you. It doesn't make sense to charge you another dime when you didn't do anything wrong. Here are the steps that you need to follow in order to be covered under the guarantee.
1. Take a photograph of the dead fish in the unopened bag.
2. E-mail us (luckyguppystore@gmail.com) the photograph within two hours of the first delivery attempt, and let us know whether you want a cash refund or replacement fish.
3. Wait for our speedy response.
