Hello folks!
Happy late Summer August everyone!
This offering is for the last of the Goldfish I have in the fish room.
I am once again working on finding some more.
This guys a Red and Black Oranda and he's 100% HEALTHY.
That photography container I had him in is exactly 5 1/2 inches long so I would say he's just about 5 1/2 inches long too! I had him in that container a good 10 minutes and he didn't even bother to try turning around so it certainly was a tight fit. I don't think this fish has even ONE SCALE missing and he shouldn't cuz I catch and move these guys with my hands here in the fish room. May as well they are big and slow and easy enough to catch that way and the last thing I want to do is catch a fish like him in an abrasive fish net and knock a couple scales off.
This guys Young, FRIENDLY, tamer than my cat Rascal, and he would make a great addition to anybody's Goldfish tank. You CAN also keep Goldfish in community tanks with docile friendly fish too and my sister used to have lots of luck keeping Ryukins in with Parrot fish. Yea I know, that's not something anyone's ever going to recommend you do in a fish forum and come to think of it that's probably one reason I don't hang out in fish forums very often.
Don't forget folks, these guys are cyprinids. They belong in the same group of fish as barbs, danios, rasboras, and most freshwater "sharks".
And they do NOT need cold water.
They will LIVE in colder water but that doesn't mean they LIKE colder water anymore than turtles LIKE colder water. In fact, in colder water they stop eating and basically go dormant until the water warms back up and they feel happy again!
Talking about eating I will also send you 2 or 3 different types of food this Goldfish will aggressively eat for you and NONE of these foods are actually Goldfish foods either.
Give my Goldfish a try!
Shipping on this fish is 100% on me AND I ALWAYS guarantee live arrival of HEALTHY fish!
