Description

First and foremost we would like to say thank you for your interest in our fish for sale posted here . The price of our fish for sale includes the air cargo shipping costs from Thailand to the importing transhipper in most country's but don't include the domestic reshipping cost and other fee's the buyer has to pay to the transhipper in your country. The buyer must contact there desired transhipper for reshipping quotes and other fees which those fees must be payed directly to the transhipper, you only pay us for the cost of the fish. All fish will be guaranteed for live delivery ( In the case of a DOA we require multiple photos of the DOA fish upon arrival of reshipment, to help us determine the cause of death, and then we will work with the buyer on either to replace the fish with another of equal value or less, or a refund of the amount paid to us for the fish minus its overseas shipping costs). The country's in which our fish price includes the overseas shipping cost to the customers transhipper in there country are USA and Singapore, customers in other countries such as the Philippines, Canada, UK, Mexico, Taiwan, Malaysia, and Indonesia need to contact there transhippers for shipping costs etc... So USA and Singapore when the fish arrives you contact your transhippers for pickup and reshipping charges as well as any other charges the transhipper will add on such as import fee's ect. Last I would like to let all customers know that we do not know how much the transhipper's charge for reshipment of fish, please contact your transhipper directly for those quotes. Always let the transhipper know you have a fish coming in, let them know the size and type of fish coming in and your area code so they can properly quote you for reshipment.
