If package is late, You must claim losses with the carrier/i can walk you through the process/All DOA�s must be reported within 1.5 hour of receiving the fish. A clear photo must be taken of the dead fish in the unopened bag . Refund or replacement of the fish if there's any problems. Shipping charges are not covered by the DOA Policy.
