First, I would like to thank you for your interest in my fish. The price of the fish for auction includes air cargo shipping from Thailand to a Transhipper in USA. Yet it doesn't include the domestic shipping cost and other fee's such as re-packing and handling. So the buyer has to pay the transhipper for reshipping (shipping from transhipper to you). Please contact my transhippers directly for domestic reshipping cost to your home. Payment may be made through: Paypal, Western Union and Money Gram. Payment is required before any shipment of your fish.

All fish will be guaranteed for live delivery (5 Photos of the DOA fish are required. If the fish is DOA don't open the bag or the guarantee is void!). Also please keep in mind about your weather conditions in your area by checking your 7 day weather forcast before hand. If your area is experiencing harsh wheather conditions please take the advice of your transhipper. This helps lower the chances of a DOA. So if you decide to rush your your shipment and not take the transhipper's advice your DOA guarantee is void and is at your own risk. We at Fengshui Aquatic care about all of our customers and their fish and so do our Transhippers.
