Description

This auction is for six (6) juvenile Golden Albino Discus. The juvys are approximately ten (10) weeks old, and are roughly quarter size (between 1 and 1� inches) body size, not including fins. These fish were hatched and raised in Chicago tap water (pH 7.2-7.6 and hardness of about 170 ppm). We do not use R/O water or any buffers in our water, so it should be easy for them to acclimate to your local water conditions. The babies are currently eating crushed flake, .5mm Spectrum pellets, live Black Worms and our frozen beef heart mix.

Why quarter size? Discus are especially susceptible to fin damage during shipping. The larger they are, the greater the chances of arriving with damaged fins. By shipping them �quarter-sized� we reduce the likelihood of fin damage, stress related issues, and they will acclimate to your tank much faster than more mature fish.
