Description

Shopping on Aquabid is like a treasure hunt. There are always great fish and plants to be discovered. It is my goal to offer you fish and plants that I, personally, would be excited to purchase and delighted to recieve. Customer service is equally important to me. When I shop, I expect to be treated with kind respect. I intend to do the same for you. Up for bid is 4 juvenile pigeon blood x red turquoise discus. The fish are at least 1.5" body size. Some of the young fish may have minimal peppering. Heavily peppered individuals are culled. In my experience, peppering in pigeon bloods often changes as fish reach maturity. Some show little peppering when young, only to develop more peppering as they age. Some fish show opposite traits. This would be an interesting cross to use in a breeding program to influence either red turks or PBs. I have held some back for me for that purpose ad look forward to the future results. The strains that I am working with produce a very nice adult fish as can be seen from the photo. Standard shipping is USPS Priority mail. Typically it delivers in 2 business days and costs no more than $10-$15. More deluxe shipping options are available if you desire. These fish are bred and raised by me in my hatchery in Tampa, Fl.
