Description

This auction is for four (4) Quarter size juvenile Blue Turquoise Discus. They are approximately 6 weeks old and were hatched on 08/17/13. These fish were hatched and raised in local tap water (pH 7.4-7.6 and hardness of about 170 ppm). We do not use R/O water or any buffers in our water. They are currently eating crushed flake, .5mm Spectrum pellets, live brine shrimp and frozen beef heart. Why ship quarter size discus? Discus are especially susceptible to fin damage during shipping. The larger they are, the greater the chances of arriving with damaged fins. By shipping them �quarter-sized� we reduce the likelihood of fin damage and they will acclimate to your tank much faster than more mature fish.
