We only ship on Mondays and Tuesdays. We ship with Styrofoam boxes, pure oxygen and double bagged. We usually add a drop of methylene blue to each bag, as well as 72hr heat packs when necessary.

We are so happy to start shipping again after taking an extended break due to the virus situation. This break has given us time to expand, improve and optimize our basement operation. Don't let our new aquabid profile dissuade you, we are just starting on aquabid but are experienced with shipping. In the rare event that a fish shows up dead on arrival DOA, Please contact and send us photo�s of the DOA fish in the unopened shipping bag within 4 hours of first delivery attempt. Guarantee is void 4 hours after USPS first delivery attempt or when bag is opened. Please contact us if for any reason you are unhappy with your order and we will try to make it right.

We do Not have extras of these fish at the moment. Because of this, in the rare case of DOA - less then 50% DOA we will issue credit to be used on anything we sell (aquabid or mymetafish.com) - greater then or equal to 50% DOA we will refund in full including shipping.

Payment is required within 48 hours after the end of the auction (unless you are bidding on another of our auctions).
