Description

THESE ARE AWESOME BARBS. So many members of this family are too aggressive, eat too many plants and get too large for most tanks. Think of red side barbs as an odessa barb crossed with a demasoni barb. They get around 2 to 3 inches, and have a subtle red beauty that can't be beat. Females don't color up as much as the males. Red side barbs are schooling fish and look STUNNING in planted tanks, and they won't destroy your cultivated gardens. They should be a hobby favorite, but nobody keeps these guys. Additionally, they are so easy to breed, I had no trouble with them. By the way, my crappy photo in no way does them justice. Look online and you'll see. Please breed them to spread them around the hobby! Let's make them famous. Priority shipping is $19, which includes breather bags and a 3 day heat pack if needed.
