Description

3 young pairs of sawbwa resplendens. These are tank raised in my fish room. They are a small colorful minnow out of Myanmar that make an excellent addition to a nano aquarium. Adults will spawn daily with the female producing a small number of eggs each day. The female places a single adhesive egg one at a time on the underside of foliage. Eggs are resistant to fungus and hatch in 24-48 hours. Fry are very small(smaller than an eyelash) but are quite hardy. Once free swimming they will feed on vinegar eels, microworms and 5-50 micron golden pearls. They are sub-tropical and thrive in temperatures from 68-72. In tropical temperatures they tend to waste away. Shipping is $20 non-refundable on top of the winning bid. It includes an insulated box and necessary heat pack(s) to get your fish to you in excellent condition. This auction will ship Saturday 3/21 so payment is due at the close of the auction Friday 3/20.
